Each provider can set a cancellation notice window shown on their profile. This page explains default policy behavior.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancel as early as possible through your dashboard.
  • Late cancellations may affect priority for future bookings.

No-Shows

  • Repeated no-shows can lead to booking restrictions.
  • Providers may require deposit-based bookings for repeat no-shows.

Provider Cancellations

  • Providers should provide as much notice as possible.
  • Customers receive an in-app notification when a booking is cancelled.

If there is a dispute, contact support with booking reference and date.
