Customer Cancellations
- Cancel as early as possible through your dashboard.
- Late cancellations may affect priority for future bookings.
No-Shows
- Repeated no-shows can lead to booking restrictions.
- Providers may require deposit-based bookings for repeat no-shows.
Provider Cancellations
- Providers should provide as much notice as possible.
- Customers receive an in-app notification when a booking is cancelled.
